Tiffanie Adams PAC, is a practicing Physician Assistant in the Charlotte and Concord area. She is also the  founder and owner of Restorative Minds, PLLC. She graduated from Winston Salem State University in 2005 with her Bachelors Degree in Molecular Biology with a minor in Chemistry and Psychology. She then received her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Wingate University in 2012. While working on the Child and Adolescent Unit as a CNA for Novant Behavioral Health, she applied to PA school and began to gain interest in the field of Psychiatry.

  She first began practicing Medicine in 2012 as Psychiatric Physician Assistant in the city of Salisbury, NC. She has experience with both children and adults. She has since integrated experiences from family practice and urgent care providing experience in both the management of chronic an acute illness (she has worked for the Novant Health System as both a Family Practice and Urgent Care PA). But Psychiatry  is her specialty. She has a passion for serving others and believes true healing involves the incorporation of a spiritual relationship and connection. Tiffanie believes that a person centered plan for each individual patient will provide the resources her patients need to prosper in their communities.

   Within her 14 years of practice she has gained experience in care ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. She believes psychiatry has a special place within our community that has yet to be revealed within our current practice of psychiatry in the United States. She hopes to continue to allow her passion and love for her practice of medicine and psychiatry to fuel new advancements in the chronic management and care for her patients. Tiffanie has taken advantage of the experience gained in psychiatry, family practice, urgent care and certified addiction medicine. Her goal is to maintain a passion and a determination to be the best she can by providing remarkable care for her patients.
